Rotenberg Softs provides software development, web and mobile application development services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in individual project agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
All deliverables and intellectual property created as part of paid projects belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-project basis. Standard terms include milestone-based payments with 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
4. Limitation of Liability
Rotenberg Softs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
